Soaking in sunshine, eager to face it all.

I feared no one, thought that i will never fall.

The days came and went,

But I beleived that none was strong enough to leave a dent.

I carried on and moved till the very end,

It was only then i realised,

I was doing nothing, but pretend.

But today,

When I look back and see the gist,

It's all covered with fog and mist.

I sit back and contemplate to see where did I fall,

Thats when I realise that I lost it,

Just when I thought I had it all ...

Everyone looks at me
With the eyes of a scorner.

There is no one to look for, no one to care,
All are busy in their daily affairs,
Everyone has a heart of stone,
Forgetting everyone they have ever known.

The cries have no effect,
All the pleas face a firm reject,
The pity is somewhere long lost,
All the ethics people have easily forgot.

I wonder when the good feelings will creep in,
Or is it the evil that will win.
I suppose that these eyes have seen enough sin,
And this is the cause,
For an ever increasing Agony Within.
